Summer is officially over yeah, but does that mean that summer jams have to end? No way Mr. Jose. Real Estate [from NJ] came into my iTunes life earlier this year via the Underwater Peoples sampler. Even before that, they've released an annoying amount of EP's. On November 17th, their first official real-deal self-titled LP will be released onto the world in all it's summery chill glory via Woodsist. Beginning in October, they will be hitting the road with many familiar names. Be sure to check em out!
